how do I upload to Amazon?
how to upload + make interactive on amazon:
step 1: receive the zip file from the soona crew
step 2: the images will be compiled in a viewable order
step 3: upload into your Amazon seller portal
how do I book this?
step 1 – choose your graphic from the gallery here
step 2 – after purchasing the Amazon infographic pack you’ll receive a link to our form that will collect the information we need to build this graphic including brand colors. fonts. logo. and copy.
step 3 – our team will take photos that are tailored to your product and the graphic you have chose. We will carefully select the best images from your gallery that fit the chosen graphic. You can then proceed to checkout with 10 images.
turnaround time: once we receive the copy & information to create your custom graphic it will be delivered within 48 hours after checkout.
which video options can you book without a model?
we have 3 easy video options that are possible without a model:
- 360 spin: your product under the bright lights on a 360-degree carousel
- product b-roll: great for showing texture and packaging
- stop motion: animated photos of your product
for any other video type: a hand or full body model is necessary to interact with your product. once you book your video with a model you’ll be prompted to select your top 3-5 model choices from soona’s model collective.
how do I check out after my shoot to get a final edited video?
- select the bag icon in the top right corner of the video clips you'd like in your final edit
- add the $99 pro edit add-on to 1 of the clips in your bag. you may select other add-ons like music. text. or graphics
- leave detailed notes about the order you’d like the clips in
- enter payment info. check out. we’ll edit and deliver your final video in 24 hours
what is a clip and what’s included?
video clips are one camera angle for up to 2 minutes. anything longer than 2 minutes will be split into multiple clips. video clips are purchased a la carte for $93 each. we offer a $99 pro edit to combine multiple clips together into one edited video.
the content we capture within a clip depends on your booking selection.
what are the premium video editing add-ons?
the $93 clip includes color correction + trimming your video + soona delivering an edited MP4.
video clips are the start and stopping of a recording up to 2 minutes long at 1 camera angle. you can purchase the clips individually at $93 per clip and edit them on your own. or a soona pro can edit your clips together for $93 per clip plus a $99 flat fee. we also have editing add-ons. you can also select pro services (such as a model or styling). this is a prepaid nonrefundable fee and cannot be applied to the purchase of content.
- pro edit $99: if you are combining 2 clips or 20 clips into 1 final video
- add music $49: you tell us the vibe. we’ll add a royalty-free song
- add graphics $49: all logos and graphics must be provided by you! we’ll add to your edit
- add line of text $9: each sentence or text call out is considered one line
- crop video $49: first delivered drop is free! each additional crop is $49

can I capture photo and video in the same booking?
photo and video bookings must be created separately. we’ll do our best to schedule your bookings efficiently.

how does soona track referrals?
We give you a unique URL to use which allows us to track a client’s conversion and transactions. If anything is done offline we will provide a form for you to complete to help us manually tag new customer referrals.
how often do I get paid?
soona is a unique blend of service and technology so we pay out quarterly.
can you bundle photo & video?
yes, and this unlocks some serious savings! our most popular bundle is to add 25 discounted video clips or GIFs to your photo preferred plan.
what are the payment options?
you can purchase discounted photo credits directly with a credit card from our Preferred Checkout Page. your photo & video credits & preferred perks are available immediately.

what is the difference between AI edits and premium edits?
premium edits are completed by the soona post-production crew. AI edits are completed by you through our media editor tool!
where is media editor available?
media editor is currently in beta. it’s available on purchased images and for customers enrolled in soona preferred only. click on any purchased image to try it! you can also preview the media editor on unpurchased images. coming soon… media editor for GIFs and video. we know. we can’t wait either!
what is a visual performance score?
visual performance is an overall measure of how well your listing’s images match Amazon’s best practices and guidelines. this score breaks down into 3 parts:
- image quality: do your image files meet the standard for technical and production quality?
- gallery count: does your gallery or carousel have Amazon’s recommended image count of at least 6 images?
- visual mix: does your listing use an optimal variety of content types?
how does the scoring work?
when you connect soona to an Amazon seller account - Listing Insights automatically scans and analyzes the images in each listing. using the power of AI we can help you identify problems and opportunities to improve each listing.
is this score created by Amazon?
no. soona developed this scoring system based on Amazon’s platform requirements. industry best-practices. and our expertise in content creation.
is this score connected to my sales performance?
soona does not factor your sales into our scoring system. it is purely an evaluation of the visual content.
will you support other e-commerce platforms (i.e. Shopify, Etsy, etc.)?
Listing Insights only supports Amazon at the moment but we are actively working to connect to other ecommerce platforms. for updates make sure to sign up for our waitlist.
can I compare my listing to a competitor’s listing?
we do not support the scoring or evaluation of competitor listings but are actively working on a feature to empower competitive analysis.
how does model selection work?
after you build a shoot with a foot model, you'll be able to select your models in the pro services tab of your new booking. models are featured from most available to schedule with to least available. filters are available for basic traits such as shoe size, skin tone, gender, age and more.
you'll use portfolio photos + model details to determine your top 2-3 model preferences. then you'll describe any extra model details such as shaving, nail, and wardrobe needs. if you decide to send wardrobe, your chosen model's sizes will be surfaced.
from there, soona does the rest! we will communicate and coordinate with the model. you get to focus on shipping your product, building your shotlist, or any other prep.
what if I want the model to wear something other than the standard wardrobe?
foot models will arrive with the standard wardrobe options and can feature any combination of those items: from bare legs + feet to long pants + shoes.any additional wardrobe options (bottoms, socks, shoes, sandals, jewelry, etc.) should be sent to the studio with your product.
what about leg hair?
our models are everyday people local to our studio. generally, what you see is what you get! if the model has shaved legs in their modeling profile, they will arrive with shaved legs for the shoot. alternatively, if they have leg hair, you can expect hair on the booking.
you may, however, indicate a shaved leg preference during model selection. please note that a model could decide to not service bookings with shaved leg preferences different than what is shown in their profile.
what are the grooming standards for foot models?
soona foot models perform their own at-home self-care prior to the shoot. all are expected to arrive with well groomed, moisturized, and clean skin + nails.
for an extra polished look or to showcase your nail products, add the custom pedicure upgrade.
what is the app that adds shadows to photos?
the soona Media Editor can add shadows to photos. it can also help you remove backgrounds, change background colors, add a white background, add text, and make other edits to your product photos.
how do you add shadows to photos?
You can add shadows to photos for free using the soona Media Editor. Simply upload your image and the AI tool will automatically detect where and how to place the shadow. No need for complicated software here!
how do you apply text directly to an image?

can you add text to an iPhone photo?
yes, you can add text to an iPhone photo. you can do it on your phone, or you can upload the photo to the free soona Media Editor and add text there.
