Once you integrate your Shopify and Amazon stores, your soona account will also feed in your product listings for a visual mood board of all your approved brand imagery. This serves as an essential onboarding resource, and helps us get more familiar with your brand as you develop more content in soona.
how does shipping work?
soona provides your first USPS label free! Click on the details tab of your booking and scroll down to the “ship your product” section. Click options + “create shipping label”.
What about return shipping?
During booking, you’ll share your preference for what to do with your product post-shoot.
Store: soona’s fast pass program stores your product and props in studio until your next shoot. $49 per month.
Return: We’ll send it right back for the cost of the label.
Discard: We’ll safely discard your product in a way that protects your brand.
do hand models arrive with manicures?
The hand model service includes clean and unpolished nails that are cared for by the model themselves at home. Your model's hands will be moisturized and cuticles trimmed. Nails will be free of dirt and no longer than 1 cm in length above the fingertip.

We only hire photographers from the top 1.5% of all applicants and have built up a team of specialized stylists in apparel, pet, food, hair, makeup, set design, and more to serve a wide range of brands and production needs.
is it required for me to join my shoot?
We ask for participation on your shoot to ensure you can give real-time feedback to the crew. Please keep an eye out for an email with your scheduled shoot time. If the scheduled time does not work for you, please reach out to hey@soona.co as soon as possible. You may reschedule up to 2 business days before your shoot time.

Packs have pre-defined shot lists curated by our team to meet both the creative and technical best practices of various marketplaces and industries. We've defined the number of assets and bundled in discounts based on platform recommendations.
what are the premium video editing add-ons?
The $93 clip includes color correction and trimming your video + soona delivering an edited MP4.
Video clips are the start and stopping of a recording up to 2 minutes long at 1 camera angle. You can purchase the clips individually at $93 per clip and edit them on your own. Or a soona pro can edit your clips together for $93 per clip plus a $99 flat fee. We also have editing add-ons. You can also select pro services (such as a model or styling). This is a prepaid nonrefundable fee and cannot be applied to the purchase of content.
- Pro edit $99: if you are combining 2 clips or 20 clips into 1 final video
- Add music $49: you tell us the vibe. we’ll add a royalty-free song
- Add graphics $49: all logos and graphics must be provided by you! we’ll add to your edit
- Add line of text $9: each sentence or text call out is considered one line

Select the bag icon in the top right corner of the video clips you'd like in your final edit. Add the $99 pro edit add-on to one of the clips in your bag. You may select other add-ons like music, text or graphics. Leave detailed notes about the order you'd like the clips in. Enter your payment info and checkout. We'll edit and deliver your final video asap.
