It’s the season of thanks and I am full of that pumpkin-spice-and-everything-nice attitude of gratitude. This time of year has always been personally very special for me. Not only is my daughter a November baby, but my mom celebrated 30 years cancer free this November. We commemorated the occasion in a way that felt totally normal to us: By eating an entire pumpkin pie straight out of the tray. (Maybe that’s why I feel full of pumpkin spice. LOL.)
In all seriousness, if you are receiving this email, it’s because I am also grateful to you - our soona clients. For the last 4 years, you have entrusted us with your business, your brand and your products. You have been a partner and a collaborator fueling our mission as we have sought to make the internet a more beautiful place. And, we hope, we have been a positive force for change that has improved your business and made your work life a little bit easier.
The truth is that it is incredibly challenging growing a business and a brand. It takes remarkable courage to take on a growth role, whether as the founder, or as the marketer or the product mind at an organization. That’s because growing inherently means taking risks, trying new things and just generally being willing to fail in the pursuit of better. And I am also hugely grateful for being surrounded by people like that. People who continue in that challenging mission despite how hard it is to do so.
