  1. Credits. You shall receive a credit (“Credit”) to license up to the number of items of Developed Content at the price specified in the Order. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Terms of Service, you may license items of Developed Content at the price set forth in the Order. Redemption of Credits may be subject to other limitations as promulgated by soona from time to time, and which are available here.
  3. Expiration. The Credits and Additional Benefits must be used on or before the Expiration Date set forth in the Order, after which, any unused Credits shall be forfeited. The Order is non-refundable.
  4. Non-Transferability. The Credits are for the personal use of the party placing the Order only. You shall not transfer the Credits to, nor permit the use of the Credits by, any team, business group, affiliated entity, or third-party other than the party placing the Order. Credits shall not have any redeemable cash value. Breach of this Section may result in a forfeiture of the Credit balance.
