soona is looking for somebody who knows how to build a digitally engaged community – including social, but also other platforms. somebody who is willing to explore new platforms, new technologies, and new ways to connect with our customers. we know how soona can change a business, launch a new product, and put a brand on the map. we want to explore new ways to connect with our customers to do all of those thingsā€¦ and develop a more meaningful connection.

  • develop new community customer engagement program and strategy to expand organic growth and brand affiliation

  • building and managing new digital platforms to connect with our customers – SMS, closed groups

  • build and manage affiliate and referral programs

  • represent soona in external digital communities to build customer and partnership relationships

  • test, test, test, test and discover what works and what could work as we continue to grow and learn

has experience in:

  • experience building social communities; digitally savvy in variety of platforms to connect with customers

  • experience with customer segmentation

  • stellar communication skills in-person & online

  • skilled at execution, bringing ideas & programs to life

  • comfortable interacting with people online and desire to understand how customer trust works

  • authentically present yourself online

  • thrives in a fast-paced workplace; Independent self starter
