We believe we are a relevant story about the women in our community who have founded a company and used it as a way to do good. As young female founders one of the most fulfilling aspects of our business journey has been meeting women who are building their dreams too. Women founders are powerful assets to all communities. Women show up as their whole selves. They bring their mind, their experience, and their soul to ALL their interactions. It is significant to celebrate the journey of all female founders.

Calling all female founders, investors, and male advocates to join us for a panel of radical conversation. The panelists will discuss the importance of closing the fundraising gender cap with the help of male advocates through the use of the Candor Clause. Sharing personal sexual harassment stories involved in a professional relationship with an investor. We will discuss why men are needed to support the cause.

The Candor Clause was created by our co-founders, Liz Giorgi & Hayley Anderson during their Series Seed raise. This Clause creates an open-source legal disclosure for inclusion in fundraising documents to foster conversations between founders and investors about gender equality. It is vital to discuss how fundraising is difficult for women - and what we can do to empower female founders & entrepreneurs. On top of that, we must inspire men to join in and help the entire community of startups and Venture be better.
